We all have bad days, sometimes those days mean you need a restart. That can mean physical or mental. The world we live in today can tremendously drain our heads and can cause us unhealthy well-being. Personally, I have found it best to detox at the beginning of each week, over time you will see the difference if makes in your week.


  1. Exercise

Exercising comes with a lot of benefits according to the CDC including immediate benefits, reducing your health risk, strengthening your bones and muscles, and helping your mental health.


2. Journaling

Big or small it is important to write things down. Journaling can help you with achieving goals, track your growth, and help you map out your week.


3. Remembering your goals

Knowing your goal can be extremely rewarding knowing you are working for something. Sometimes our hectic everyday lives can distract us from remembering our goals.
